BMW i5 Officially Sold for IDR 2.17 Billion

RiderTua.com – BMW launched another new electric car in Indonesia a few weeks ago, namely the i5. The design is quite modern, even though it still has the appearance of conventional models, the i5 is an environmentally friendly variant that has been eagerly awaited. Previously, BMW did not announce the price at that time. Now the official price of the i5 has been announced, with the price reaching IDR 2.17 billion.

BMW Releases Latest i-Series Model in Indonesia

The i-Series has been BMW‘s mainstay in Indonesia for some time, starting with selling the i3 and i8. When both were no longer produced, they launched replacement models, as well as more variants compared to before. Moreover, the German brand also released its electric SUV, with the iX1 being the newest model so far.

BMW then released another BEV model, this time in the form of the i5 sedan, which is clearly an electric version of the 5 Series. Perhaps the external appearance is not that different from the conventional version, although there are a number of other differences, especially in the specifications. Especially as an environmentally friendly variant of the 5 Series.

Premium Class Electric Car

When it was first launched in Indonesia, BMW did not announce the price because it was still waiting for the right time to announce it. Now they can show the official price of the i5, which is priced at IDR 2.177 billion. It’s quite expensive, but this price is in line with the quality it has, and most BMW electric cars are sold for more than IDR 2 billion.

In fact, not all electric cars are priced at more than IDR 2 billion, because there are still models like the iX1 that are sold at prices below that figure. Still, the price is still too expensive, but that alone is enough for a premium class electric car like this. Moreover, BMW products have long been known for their quality and driving comfort.
