Tesla Cybertruck Sold for IDR 5.6 Billion in Indonesia
For electric cars like the Cybertruck, this model is designed not like pickup cars in general, where Tesla designed it with a more futuristic model. Apart from emphasizing the model as an electric car, this design also makes it look different from models in its class. At first this design was considered trivial, but slowly more and more people liked it.
Even though it was introduced about five years ago, Tesla only started production of the Cybertruck around the end of last year. Indeed, they prioritize the United States, but they are also starting to fulfill requests from other countries, including Indonesia. This model itself has been shown to the public by Prestige Image Motorcars, but suddenly the Cybertruck has started to be sold here.
Four Month Indent
It’s just that the unit is provided by another car importer, namely Glamor Auto Boutique. They said that this model was sold for IDR 5.6 billion, and this price was much more expensive than the Tesla Model Y which was released earlier. However, because the model is imported from abroad, it is clear that the Cybertruck will be sold for more than IDR 3 billion.
Cybertruck reception in Indonesia has been quite good, although it is not certain how many units have been ordered. Prestige Image Motorcars said that hundreds of units have been ordered, and of course Tesla will send the units immediately. However, there are already other car importers who are selling them first, while Prestige will sell them starting next year.
