RiderTua.com – So far Hyundai has five SUVs sold in Indonesia, with two of them being BEV models. Of these five models, all models are produced locally, except for the Palisade which is imported in CBU form. The Santa Fe was initially imported in CBU form by Hyundai, before being assembled locally since 2022. But now the South Korean brand will present its newest generation model.
Hyundai will launch the latest generation of Santa Fe
The Santa Fe is still one of the flagship SUVs on the global market since it was launched more than two decades ago. This model has gone through four generations, with the fifth generation model launched last year by Hyundai. This latest model appears more modern compared to the models currently sold.
The model is made more boxy than the previous generation, but the design looks more modern and sporty. Hyundai has provided larger dimensions for the All New Santa Fe, so that the cabin is more spacious than before. There are three engine choices provided, namely petrol, hybrid and PHEV engines.

Locally Produced?
Countries in North America and the Middle East have received the latest model from Santa Fe. Hyundai will later launch the model in other countries, with Indonesia likely to be the next destination. Because the unit was seen several times being tested on the road, with the model covered by camouflage stickers.
So far Hyundai has not provided further explanation regarding the existence of the latest generation Santa Fe in Indonesia. Moreover, they are still busy preparing the official price announcement for the latest generation Kona Electric. Maybe the model will also be assembled locally like the fourth generation model.
But at least this confirms the presence of the All New Santa Fe in Indonesia. This model still finds a lot of interest even with the large number of models launched.
