This model has received a good response from consumers since getting the latest generation model last year. After several months of release, Toyota raised the price of the Alphard in Indonesia. Not only Alphard, Vellfire, which has just got an all new model, has also increased in price.
Prices of Toyota Alphard and Vellfire are Now Increasing
The Alphard and Vellfire certainly cannot be separated, considering that both have been Toyota‘s mainstays in the premium MPV market in Indonesia. Even though they had presented the latest generation Alphard first without Vellfire, this model finally got a new model two months ago. Maybe it’s a bit late, but at least they are still bringing improvements to the luxury MPV.
Recently, it was discovered that Toyota had increased the selling price of the Alphard and Vellfire in Indonesia by up to IDR 12 million. Even though Vellfire just got its latest generation model about two months ago, the selling price has also increased along with Alphard. It turns out there is a reason behind this, namely giving body coating to the car.
Minor Changes
The addition of body coating may be counted as a minor change, meaning that it is clear that the change is very small, or even if only one change is made. So it makes sense that Toyota should increase the price of the two MPV cars to IDR 12 million. Of course, this is not caused by current global market conditions, especially inflation in the United States.
So far, sales of Toyota luxury cars are still quite good, with the Alphard having sold thousands of units. Vellfire itself may not have any results yet, considering that the model was only released a few months ago.
