RiderTua.com – Honda has recorded quite good sales results throughout last March. With more than 10k car units sold, the majority were contributed by both the Brio and its flagship SUV line-up. Honda still sells other models such as the Mobilio. Even though it doesn’t have a refresh or a new model, this MPV car can still sell hundreds of units.
Honda Just Sold Hundreds of Mobilio Units in Indonesia
The Mobilio is actually still classified as a low MPV car sold today by Honda. It’s just that unlike its competitors in its segment, this model rarely gets refreshes or overhauls. For whatever reason, Honda said they wanted the Mobilio to be sold as a fleet car.
Even though it is sold in the fleet segment, Mobilio still records quite good sales results, even though it only sells hundreds of units each month. Last March, this LMPV model recorded results of up to 194 units sold, and this alone is quite good. Indeed, when compared with other Honda cars, this result is still quite small, but at least there are still units sold until now.

No Refreshes and New Models
For cars like the Mobilio, refreshments must continue to be provided so that the car can look fresh and bring changes to the exterior, interior and engine. But for some reason, until now this model is still in its first generation model, without even minor changes. Honda sees that because its cars are aimed at the fleet segment, refreshing is not considered too important.
Still, Mobilio is now far behind its competitors. It’s unknown how long this model can last amidst market developments which continue to increase every year. That’s with the increasing number of new competitors in the low MPV segment.
