Neta Ready to Release Another Newest Electric Car
Even with the limited products it offers so far, Neta already has plans to expand its electric car line-up. Although some of them will be sold in their hometowns first, the global market will usually get the new models later. One of them has started to be registered in the Land of Bamboo Curtain.
From the design, this model will certainly be available as a wagon, and will use the latest Shanhai 2.0 platform. As for the name, this electric-powered wagon will be called Neta S, even though this name is already used by the sedan model. This has given rise to various speculations regarding the newest electric car candidate from Neta.
Filling the BEV Line-up
Actually, a wagon is a sedan with an extended rear roof, and the design is almost similar to the sedan version. It is possible that this Neta S will be sold as two separate variants, but possibly with different types of electric drive. For the wagon version of the S model, two variants will be provided, namely EV and EREV (extended range EV), however further details are still unclear at this time.
Neta plans to launch it starting next week, and sales will start around the middle of this year. Who knows whether the global market will get the model, considering that the sedan version of the Neta S is already on sale. Meanwhile for Indonesia, the model has not been released at this time, considering that they are still focused on selling the Neta V model.
