RiderTua.com – With Hyundai having launched the Ioniq 5 N in South Korea, this model will be available in other countries. Indonesia is rumored to be the next country to get a high-performance electric SUV produced by the N division. Hyundai has confirmed that the Ioniq 5 N will be assembled in Indonesia considering that the base model is quite popular in its market. As well as opening up opportunities to export it abroad.
Hyundai Confirms That It Will Sell the Ioniq 5 N in Indonesia
The Ioniq 5 has been Hyundai‘s mainstay in the electric car market since it was first released. It is not surprising that this model gets various new variants, including special editions which are quite varied. In Indonesia, this model has been one of Hyundai’s sales contributors in the last two years.
Now the Ioniq 5 gets another new variant in the form of the N model which was developed by Hyundai’s sports car division. In terms of specifications and performance, it is very different from the base model, and has a number of improvements to the car’s aerodynamics. This results in an electric car with high performance but still comfortable and fun to drive.

Lots of Demand Abroad
After launching in South Korea, Hyundai will bring the Ioniq 5 N to other countries, including Indonesia. This could be a good opportunity to introduce its N series line-up, because they don’t present any of their models here. Moreover, they can add more variants of electric cars here.
In the future, they will not only assemble the model, but also export it. Considering that overseas demand for this car is quite high, Hyundai plans to open up opportunities for export. But like the previous model, they prioritize the domestic market first.
The presence of the Ioniq 5 N could open up opportunities to release other N models. Including the Ioniq 5 N Line which was launched some time ago.
