“Without the penalty I got in Qatar, I’m sure the result would have been different. I feel I was able to achieve better results in Portugal, especially since this is my favorite circuit. Riding fast in Portimao is a natural thing for me,” said Oliveira confidently.
During the media event, Oliveira also expressed his thoughts on Marc Marquez‘s debut with Gresini. He acknowledged Márquez’s strong performance on the Ducati but noted that the Spaniard may be holding back a bit to secure a solid start to the season. But Oliveira has no doubts about Márquez’s speed and potential.
