Chery Omoda E5 Gets Car Link O Feature
The success of the Omoda E5 after being released in Indonesia did not stop Chery from presenting updates for its electric car. This time they are presenting the new Car Link O feature for this model, and this feature is useful for accessing information about the car and setting up features such as smart charging. This feature can also be an internet of vehicle (IoV) to get other advantages such as internet connectivity.
Of course, this feature is available for newly built cars, but is not yet available for models that have been sold since they were first released. Therefore, Chery is offering to add this feature for free for Omoda E5 owners at the nearest dealer. Obviously the addition of this feature does not mean there is a car recall, because it only adds new features to the car.

The Omoda E5 is not the first electric car to get new features after being released several months in Indonesia. Previously, Hyundai also did something similar with the Ioniq 5, even with a feature that also allows users to get information about the car. Despite the price increase, Chery is still selling it at the current price.
