RiderTua.com – There are now quite a lot of Toyota hybrid cars in Indonesia and they are sold at various prices. Most of its models are luxury cars, especially the Alphard and Vellfire Hybrid that it sells so far in the premium MPV segment. Toyota has indeed presented this environmentally friendly variant on the Alphard. Because with this HEV technology, the fuel efficiency can be better than the petrol engine version.
Toyota Alphard Hybrid is Now The New Mainstay in Its Segment
Hybrid cars are now widely sought after by Indonesian consumers, even though most of them are premium class cars. The Alphard Hybrid is one of them, where this model continues to sell in quite large numbers for a luxury MPV model. Toyota has also presented a new generation model which is more modern and of course equipped with more features.
The gasoline engine with hybrid technology promoted by Alphard has quite good fuel efficiency. It was explained that this Toyota MPV only consumes 16.5 km/liter of fuel, while the 2WD model can be even more economical, namely 17.5 km/liter. Although this efficiency can depend on the user’s driving style and component maintenance.

Premium MPV
That alone is quite economical for a boxy MPV like the Alphard, especially with the hybrid technology it carries. Indeed, hybrid cars have long been known for their better fuel efficiency compared to conventional cars. So it’s not surprising that the HEV model sells better than the petrol engine version.
Toyota now has the Alphard and Vellfire Hybrid, with the All New Vellfire which has just been presented in Indonesia since last February. Even though it has just been released, they already have at least three premium MPVs that they sell here, apart from these two models there is also the Voxy. Even for the Voxy, this model still offers a petrol engine.
