RiderTua.com, Doha — Results of FP1 MotoGP Qatar 2024: Friday (08/3/2024), Jorge Martin was able to record his best time in the first free practice session of MotoGP Qatar 2024. ‘Martinator’ managed to set the fastest lap of 1 minute 52,624 seconds and took the top position in FP1 MotoGP at the Lusail International Circuit Qatar. Second fastest was Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing) who raced with a best time of 1 minute 52.671 seconds riding his Aprilia RS-GP. And completing the ‘TOP THREE’ position there was a surprise from a rider from Spain who is now 19 years old, Pedro Acosta (GasGas Tech3) who recorded the third best time in this session with 1 minute 52.695 seconds…
Then for the top 5, namely in 4th and 5th positions: Marc Marquez (Gresini Racing) with a time of 1:52.801 and Brad Binder (Red Bull Racing) with a time of 1:52.889. For the 7th position rider with an Italian passport, Enea Bastianini from Lenovo Team scored his best lap at 1:52.950. Followed by Fabio Di Giannantonio (Pertamina VR46) with the best time he could achieve with 1:52.987 in 8th place. Jack Miller (Red Bull Racing) riding his KTM RC16 bike was the 9th fastest rider with a time of 1 minute 53.031 seconds. And closing the ‘TOP TEN’ position in the first free practice session of the Qatar Gran Prix this time was Francesco Bagnaia (Lenovo Team) with a time of 1 minute 53.221 seconds…
