RiderTua.com – Chery presented the Tiggo 5x in Indonesia last February at the IIMS 2024 exhibition. However, this model has only just been introduced to the public, while sales have not yet started, even though the official price has been announced. Three months later, Chery is ready to officially launch it at the end of May. So sales of the Tiggo 5x in Indonesia can start.
Chery Tiggo 5x to be Launched This Month
With the release of the Tiggo 7 and 8 Pro, Chery continues to add more new cars in Indonesia. The Omoda 5 was quite successful after its release, sales even exceeded the two Tiggo Pro models that were launched previously. Especially after the Omoda E5 was presented as an electric variant and was able to become one of the best-selling electric cars here.
However, Chery still wants to fill the market under these four cars by presenting the Tiggo 5x. This car, also known as Tiggo 4 Pro, is a compact SUV with a powerful 1,500 cc engine and equipped with a CVT transmission. Even though it has smaller dimensions than the two previous Tiggo models, the Tiggo 5x still has quite spacious cabin space.

Apart from that, Chery provides a number of features such as multicolor light, 360 degree camera, voice assistant, and even a power sunroof for its highest trim, Champion. For safety features, six airbags and ADAS (advanced driving assistance system) are provided. This alone is enough to provide maximum safety for its users, as well as comfort from the features it provides.
As previously known, the Tiggo 5x has two trim options, namely Classic and Champion, with prices of IDR 250 million and IDR 280 million. This price is still quite affordable for a compact SUV model like this, especially with all the features it has. After launch, Chery will assemble it locally like the two Tiggo and Omoda 5 models.
