Wuling Cloud EV will be Shipped Soon This Month
The Cloud EV is the third electric car sold by Wuling in Indonesia after the Air EV and Binguo, as well as a complement to its ‘ABC’ line-up. When compared with the previous model, the model with the original name Baojun Yunduo has larger dimensions, but with more spacious cabin space. Apart from that, the selling price is also quite affordable, up to IDR 410 million, although this price is still just an estimated price.
However, what makes it different from Air EV and Binguo is the variants it provides, where Cloud EV only has one variant. Even though the two BEV models from Wuling previously had two variants, namely Standard and Long Range. Wuling admitted that the option with a distance of 460 km was considered sufficient for a car like the Cloud EV.
Longer Mileage
In addition, this mileage is longer than the two BEV models launched previously. This means Cloud EV can be used to travel outside the city without having to worry about charging the battery several times. Moreover, Wuling has guaranteed that the comfort it provides is sufficient for models like the Cloud EV.
Like the two electric cars, the Cloud EV is produced locally in Indonesia, with local component content reaching 40 percent. So this model can get electric car subsidies, and the selling price is more affordable. Although for now the prices announced are still estimates only.
