RiderTua.com – Mitsubishi has several SUVs that it sells in the global market. One of them is the ASX, which is actually the European version of the Outlander Sport which was sold in Indonesia several years ago. Mitsubishi recently launched a facelift for the ASX which brought drastic changes to its appearance. Don’t forget to add safety features and other features.
Mitsubishi ASX Gets Facelift in Europe
From its model, the ASX looks very sporty and modern, even though this model is actually based on the Renault Captur. Indeed, this is not something surprising, considering that Mitsubishi is in the same alliance as Renault. So it’s not surprising that both of them present a rebadged model of the Captur, which is none other than the European version of the ASX.
The ASX has just received a facelift which makes it look sportier, and now the model uses the dynamic shield design which has been Mitsubishi’s trademark for so long. The design is sharper compared to the pre-facelift model. 18 inch black aluminum rims complement the new exterior appearance.

New Model
Now Mitsubishi is presenting a new feature in the form of Smartphone-link Display Audio (SDA) which is provided on a 10.4 inch display screen. With this, users can access a number of features such as a number of features from Google, both Maps and Assistant. Then there is an around view monitor feature and rear cross traffic alert as additional safety features for the ASX.
Nothing has changed regarding the engine, so the ASX still offers three engine choices, namely petrol, mild hybrid and full hybrid. As previously explained, this ASX is only sold in Europe, while in the global market it is better known as the Outlander Sport. This model is no longer sold in Indonesia, and has now been replaced by the Xforce.
