RiderTua.com – This year Hyundai presented the latest generation Kona Electric in Indonesia several months ago. Even though the official price has not been announced, this electric SUV model has been eagerly awaited for its arrival for a long time, especially after the old model was no longer sold. Meanwhile, it looks like Hyundai still has other new cars to release. These models were even seen several times doing road tests.

Hyundai Prepares Two New Cars in Indonesia

Most of the models it sells in Indonesia are SUVs, although it is clear that this type of car has become quite popular on the global market in recent years. Models such as the Creta, Palisade, Santa Fe, Ioniq 5, and most recently the Kona Electric are the models favored by Hyundai. Especially in the electric car market, where the Ioniq 5 is able to record quite good results.

However, they still want to add more car choices here, especially as the SUV market continues to grow. It is known that Hyundai secretly carried out road tests on the new generation Santa Fe which was seen on the toll road. Then now news has emerged about the existence of the Creta Facelift which also does the same thing.

    New SUV Models

Interestingly, both are SUV cars sold in Indonesia, but both still need to be refreshed. The difference is that the changes to the Creta are only limited to a facelift, while the Santa Fe is more towards a complete overhaul. Although if you look at the models sold in India, the design of the Creta Facelift is very different from the current design.

I don’t know when Hyundai will launch it, because they have not provided any response regarding the widely circulated spy shots. It is not yet clear whether both will still be assembled locally like the previous model, although the opportunity is still quite large. Especially if Hyundai needs the Santa Fe to be exported to other countries such as Australia.
