RiderTua.com, Portimão — 10 riders who qualified for Q2.. 2024 Portuguese MotoGP Practice Results: Friday (22/3/2024), Ducati Rider, Enea Bastianini mastered the 2024 Portuguese MotoGP practice which was held at the Algarve International Circuit this Friday, ‘Bestia’ managed to record the fastest time, namely 1 minute 38,057 seconds. Enea Bastianini went faster than the riders in second and third positions, namely Jack Miller and Marc Marquez. Marc Marquez looked promising after his fast lap in the final session, but was then passed by Jack Miller before Enea Bastianini confirmed himself as the fastest rider.
Meanwhile, Jorge Martin couldn’t break into the top three after only being able to complete his fastest lap with 1 minute 38.288 seconds… He finally finished the 2024 Portuguese MotoGP practice in 4th place.
In fifth position is Red Bull Racing rider, Brad Binder after setting a time of 1 minute 38.387 seconds. Behind ‘Brad Attack’ was Pertamina VR46’s mainstay rider, Marco Bezzecchi with a time of 1 minute 38.409 seconds in P-6. Then followed by the rider driving the Aprilia RS-GP (Aprilia Racing) in seventh place with a time of 1 minute 38.411 seconds.
Francesco Bagnaia (Lenovo Team) was the eighth fastest rider with a gap of +0.484 seconds from the leading rider in this session (Enea Bastianini). And the ninth and tenth positions are occupied by Fabio Quartararo (Monster Energy) and Alex Rins (Monster Energy) with slower times of +0.495 seconds and +0.503 seconds respectively.
