RiderTua.com – Both Wuling Air EV and Binguo are mainstays in the electric car market in Indonesia. Both of them were able to record quite good sales results in the last few months. However, for some reason, these two Wuling BEV cars both experienced a decline in sales after a month of being sold. From 1,000 units down to hundreds of units.
Wuling Now Has Three Electric Cars in Indonesia
Sales of electric cars in recent years have remained quite stable, with Wuling now selling three BEV models in Indonesia. Two of them, the Air EV and Binguo, are already on sale, while the Cloud EV is not yet available. Even so, both of them have been able to record quite good sales results so far.
Air EV and Binguo have been quite popular since the models were first introduced, and were able to sell thousands of units in their first month. However, for some reason, sales immediately fell by hundreds of units in the following month and so on, and this can be clearly seen from the sales performance of the Air EV so far. Binguo is no different, although this only became apparent two months after the model went on sale.

Sales Can Still Be Maximized
Wuling seems to have known that this would happen, even for Binguo due to the lack of deliveries of units to consumers in February. The Air EV is still not confirmed, although this has become a common sight in the electric car market. Because most BEV cars only sell hundreds of units at most, or even less than that.
Despite the drastic decline in Binguo sales, Wuling was still able to maximize its sales. Of course, with market conditions no longer like the previous month, they can use this opportunity to recover their sales. Although they are now also focusing on selling other electric cars, including the Cloud EV which was just released last month.
