RiderTua.com – The big scooter that was launched again by Suzuki Japan, namely the Burgman 400, this time for the 2024 model, has received a total of 3 new color choices. This aims to keep the appearance fresh and attractive, but internally there are no changes from the previous model.
The Engine
Talking about the innards, the Suzuki Burgman 400 has a 1-cylinder 399cc, DOHC 4-valve, radiator-cooled engine which can produce a power output of 29 PS at 6.300 rpm and a maximum torque of 35 Nm at 4.900 rpm. Channels power to the rear wheels via a CVT transmission.
The equipment itself includes a 13 liter fuel tank, 12 Volt DC plug, immobilizer key, storage drawer at the front, hand brake which is useful when parking, LED lighting, backrest on the seat that can go back and forth, front brakes using double discs with ABS system, and there is a traction control system.
European Style Scooter Design
Regarding design, the appearance is more towards a European scooter because there are not many aggressive body curves with a large size so it is more stable when driven at high speeds, and the tires have wide treads.
Suzuki Japan itself has set the price of the Burgman 400 at around IDR 86,8 million (847,000 yen), the price of the scooter is apparently still under IDR 90 million. It is offered there in 3 new colors, including Matt Sword Silver Metallic (silver), Solid Iron Gray (gray) and Matte Black Metallic (black).
