RiderTua.com – The 2024 Yamaha FZ-X model is now officially launched with a modern retro motorbike style and in the newest model there are new color choices that add to the retro impression. This motorbike was presented by Yamaha India and was launched for the first time in 2021 using the FZ series platform.
The Yamaha FZ-X is equipped with a Blue Core 1 cylinder, 149cc, SOHC 2 valve, liquid-cooled engine which can produce a maximum power of 12.4 HP at 7,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 13.7 Nm at 5,500 rpm. This machine is connected to a 5-speed manual transmission.
As explained at the beginning, this motorbike is based on the FZ series, but only differs in the body design style which is retro-modern motorbike style. With full-LED lighting, projector LED headlights, a digital LCD screen instrument panel that can be connected to a cellphone (for the Y-Connected type), as well as an ABS system for braking.
In the latest 2024 model which has just been launched, there are 2 new color choices: Matte Titan, standard type and Chrome, Y-Connect type. These two colors complement the other colors that were previously available, Dark Matte Blue, Metallic Black and Matte Copper.
Yamaha India has set the price for the FZ-X for the standard type with a price tag of 137,200 rupees or around Rp. 25.8 million. Meanwhile, the Y-Connected type is sold for 139,700 rupees or the equivalent of IDR 26.2 million.
