Brad Binder managed P6 but Jack Miller and test rider Dani Pedrosa (wildcard) failed to finish. Pedro Acosta, who previously performed brilliantly, was forced to settle for finishing 10th while his Tech3 GASGAS teammate Augusto Fernandez also failed to finish.
Miller’s race ended in a fierce confrontation with Franco Morbidelli (Pramac Ducati), after he was knocked out of the top 10. The Australian racer’s weekend was a nightmare, Jack couldn’t do anything. Technical problems, one after another, make Jack look worse than before. He was quite strong at Jerez, good in bad conditions. “He must not show his weakness because of this technical problem,” said Simon Crafar.
