RiderTua.com – Present in Europe since 2021, the Suzuki GSX-S950 sport naked motorbike has been launched again with several updates. There are now more and more new color choices for the 2024 model year. The engine will still use the same engine as the GSX-S1000, but only differs in the ECU settings.
Different Settings
As already written, the Suzuki GSX-S950 is still equipped with a 999ccc 4-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. The difference in this model is that the ECU mapping settings are adjusted so that the power output is not as high as the S1000. With these settings, this motorbike has a power output of 93 Hp or the equivalent of 70 kW which can be adjusted to just 47,6 Hp or around 35 kW.
With this power, the GSX-S950 will be suitable for A2 driving license holders in Europe. It is also equipped with various features, for example a traction control system, low rpm assist, ride-by-wire electronic throttle system, full LED lighting, 3 driving modes and 2 user modes to regulate the power output.
New Color Options
This new 2024 model comes with 3 color choices (Metallic Triton Blue, Silver & Dark Red and Stealth All-Black). Marketed at a price of 10,599 poundsterling or around IDR 212,6 million. Compared to the GSX-S1000 model, the price difference is around IDR 24 million.
There is no difference in the body, it still has an aggressive and futuristic sport naked motorbike style. Headlights with 2 stacked LED projectors that look like a robot’s face. If you look in detail, the GSX-S950 has differences in the form of larger turn signals and front brake calipers.
