RiderTua.com, Doha — Qatar 2024 Moto2 Practice 2 Results: Saturday (09/3/2024), Fantic Racing rider, Aron Canet, managed to be the fastest when appearing in the second Qatar Moto2 practice session which took place at the Lusail International Circuit. Aron Canet set the fastest lap time with 1 minute 57.176 seconds in the final minutes. Next there was Somkiat Chantra (Honda Team Asia) who then became the second fastest rider with a time of 1 minute 57.425 seconds. Tony Arbolino (Elf Marc VDS Racing) was among the three strong riders in the front row in this Saturday’s practice session with a time of 1 minute 57.521 seconds…
In fourth place is a rider born in Murcia, Spain, Fermin Aldeguer who succeeded in this position with a time of 1 minute 57.557 seconds. Followed by the MT Helmets – Msi rider with Ai Ogura and his time of 1 minute 57.596 seconds was in the top five positions.
In P-6 we see a rider from the Netherlands, namely Zonta Van Den Goorbergh, who defended the Fieten Olie Racing GP team by recording a time of 1 minute 57.625 seconds. Followed by Manuel Gonzalez (QJmotor Gresini) who was in seventh position with a time of 1 minute 57.709 seconds. The eighth position rider from MT Helmets – MSi, Sergio Garcia raced with a time of 1 minute 57.779 seconds, ahead of Darryn Binder (Intact GP) who was +0.645 seconds slower than the front rider and could only be in P-9.
The caretaker of the top 10 fastest riders in this session is Celestino Vietti (Red Bull KTM Ajo) with a time of 1 minute 57.863 seconds or +0.687 seconds slower than Aron Canet.
