RiderTua.com, Jerez de la Frontera – Thursday (29/2/2024), In the official test session for the second day of the Moto2 class (FP6), Celestino Vietti was the fastest rider and topped the time record with 1:40.975 minutes. The rider from Japan, Ai Ogura, was the second fastest after successfully approaching ‘Vietti”s time with a difference of +0.227 seconds, or with a time of 1:41.202 minutes. In the top three is rider number #35, namely Somkiat Chantra from Honda Team Asia, who set the best time for this session with 1:41.232 minutes.
‘Gonzalez’ became the fourth fastest rider from QJmotor Gresini with a time of 1:41.278 minutes. In fifth position, the Spanish rider from Speed Up Racing with number #21 recorded a time of 1:41.337 or +0.362 seconds slower. Tony Arbolino from Elf Marc VDS Racing finished sixth after posting a time of 1:41.339 minutes this time. This rider from England (Jake Dixon) was in seventh fastest position after riding his Kalex motorbike with a time of 1:41.349 minutes, or +0.374 seconds slower. Eighth place was occupied by Senna Agius from Intact GP with the fastest time of 1:41.352 minutes. Next in ninth place was Sergio Garcia riding a Boscoscuro motorbike and running at 1:41.420 minutes. And finally the top ten position was ‘guarded’ by a Dutch rider, Zonta Van Den Goorbergh from Fieten Olie Racing GP with a time of 1:41.439 minutes.
