RiderTua.com – Hearing the name Lamborghini, of course the first thing that comes to mind is a high-performance car at an exorbitant price. Of course this is commensurate with the quality it has, not to mention the performance of an engine like the famous V10. However, Lamborghini will stop using this type of engine for the Huracan with the release of the STJ variant. This model was the last V10 engine car for this model.
The Huracan is one of Lamborghini‘s mainstays in the supercar market, with its design, features and performance that cannot be doubted. Sales are also quite good, not only the standard model, other variants which are sold in limited quantities can also be sold out in a short time. It’s just that this model can’t maintain its superior V10 engine for much longer.
Whether because they want to switch to environmentally friendly engines or other high-performance engines, Lamborghini will stop using the V10 engine in the Huracan. This was marked by the release of the Huracan STJ (Super Trofeo Jota) which is a faster variant of the STO but with performance that is not that different from each other. The Jota name is actually only given to the highest variants, such as the Miura and Aventador SVJ.
But unlike the two, the name Jota was specifically given to the Huracan because it is the last variant to use a V10 engine. The specifications are not much different from the STO variant, although Lamborghini provides additional carbon fiber material and a rear spoiler with an adjusted design. It is stated that downforce for this model has increased by up to 10 percent.
To maximize the driving experience, a suspension that can be adjusted manually is added. The V10 engine can now produce up to 631 hp to provide faster performance than the STO variant. Lamborghini is only providing 10 units of the Huracan STJ in the global market, and it is possible that all the units have been sold out.
