RiderTua.com – The special scooter that Honda has just launched is the Giorno+ Donald Duck Special Edition which will be present at the 2024 Motor Show exhibition in Thailand. Its attractive appearance with contrasting colors, typical of the Disney duck character, carries the concept of “Fashion of Duck Season”.
Donald Duck’s Birthday
This edition was launched to celebrate Donald Duck’s 90th birthday (since 1934). He is a character from Disney who is a duck wearing a sailor suit. This motorbike is decorated with colors that represent it and various unique details such as the Donald Duck 90 logo on the front tie, Donald Duck’s signature and the duck image on the left and right side of the body.
The colors are also contrasting, with a combination of blue (like the color of Donald Duck’s shirt) and white, and there is also yellow that adorns the foot deck and the front fender which is like his beak. A small detail on the front is a red Honda logo like the tie.
Same Technical Specifications
This special edition scooter is still equipped with a 125cc 1 cylinder engine, 4 valves, eSP+, liquid cooled, connected to a CVT transmission. LED lighting, digital LCD speedometer, USB socket for charging, ABS braking and Honda’s smart key system will remain present.
In Thailand, only 2,000 units of the Honda Giorno+ Donald Duck Special Edition will be produced with prices starting from 67,900 baht or around IDR 29.5 million. Compared to the standard model which is sold for 61,900 baht or around Rp. 26.9 million, the price of the special edition is around Rp. 2.6 million more expensive.
