2024 Official Moto2 Jerez Test Results (FP9)

RiderTua.com, Jerez de la Frontera – Speed Up Racing rider Fermin Aldeguer managed to become the fastest rider in the final session (FP9) of the official 2024 Spanish Moto2 test on Friday, March 1 2024.. He recorded the best lap time with 1 minute 40.307 seconds. Meanwhile, Joe Roberts, was the second best rider with a time difference of +0.044 seconds from ‘Aldeguer’. The two riders were followed by a row of riders such as Manuel Gonzalez, Aron Canet and Somkiat Chantra. Manuel Gonzalez, despite being third fastest, showed his capacity to drive the Kalex prototype at the Jerez Circuit. He came out as the fastest representative of the three manufacturers thanks to a lap time of 1 minute 40.385 seconds.

This figure took him ahead of Fantic Racing rider Aron Canet, who finished fourth in this practice session, with a gap of +0.134 seconds. Fifth position was occupied by a rider from Thailand, Somkiat Chantra… Marcos Ramirez finished in sixth position with a time of 1 minute 40.507 seconds. Apart from Alonso Lopez (Speed Up Racing) and Tony Arbolino (Elf Marc VDS Racing) who were in seventh and eighth positions with a time difference of +0.318 seconds and +0.727 seconds respectively, behind him was Yamaha VR46 rider Jeremy Alcoba (P9) , Albert Arenas from QJmotor Gresini (P10) with a gap of +0.813 seconds and +0.826 seconds respectively from the fastest rider Fermin Aldeguer (Speed Up Racing)….
