New Yamaha Aerox 155 Color, More Elegant Appearance

RiderTua.com – Hong Leong Yamaha Motor, a motorbike distributor in Malaysia, has launched the sporty scooter NVX 155 or Aerox 155 with a refresh in the 2024 model. It looks fresher and still has an aggressive style, this time there is a more elegant color variant.

155cc Engine

Regarding the engine, of course there are no changes compared to the previous NVX 155 model. Equipped with a 155cc 1 cylinder, Blue Core, liquid-cooled engine with a VVA or Variable Valve Actuation system. Capable of producing 15,4 PS of power at 8.000 rpm and maximum torque of 13,9 Nm at 6.500 rpm, distributed to the rear wheels via a CVT transmission.

Overall, NVX and Aerox are no different. They only differ in name according to each market. For example, the front and rear lights are LED, the digital LCD speedometer can be connected to a cellphone via the Y-Connect application. So it can display many features such as fuel consumption, incoming calls and many more.

The New Color

The 2024 model still comes in 2 types (non-ABS and ABS), the only difference is the new color choices Racing Blue and Matte Metallic Bronze for the sportier non-ABS type. Meanwhile, the ABS type has a choice of Cyan Sky and Premium Navy colors. This navy blue color is quite special because the rims and seats are brown, different from the other three colors which are regular black.

The ABS type is equipped with a smartkey system, start & stop system feature and gold tube rear suspension. The price itself, the Yamaha NVX 155 in Malaysia is marketed for 9,988 ringgit Malaysia or around IDR 33,3 million.
