2024 WSBK Catalunya FP2 Results

Friday (22/3/2024), Aruba.it Racing rider, Nicolo Bulega, set the best time in FP2 WSBK Catalunya Catalunya 2024 with a time of 1’40.907 minute. Bulega was followed by Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing) with a difference of +0.247 seconds. Meanwhile, third place was occupied by Danilo Petrucci (Barni Spark Racing) with a difference of +0.601 seconds.

In fourth position is Sam Lowes from ELF Marc VDS Racing Team with a gap of +0.794 seconds from the fastest rider in this session. Toprak Razgatlioglu (ROKiT – Motorrad) of course, riding his manufacturer’s flagship bike, BMW was the fifth fastest rider with a time of 1’41.808 minutes. Sixth place was occupied by a rider from Italy, Andrea Iannone who carried the Team GoEleven flag, posting his best lap time of 1’41.878 minutes or with a gap of +0.971 seconds, from the leading rider in this session. And next we saw British rider Jonathan Rea (Pata – Prometeon) on his YAMAHA, driving with a lap time of 1’41.945 minutes, making him have to settle for seventh fastest. In P-8 there was a rider with the ‘number-plate’ #87, namely Remy Gardner (GYTR GRT Yamaha) who drove with a time of 1’41.990 minutes, and a difference of around +1.083 seconds from Nicolo Bulega (in P-1). Continuing to ninth place is occupied by a rider from the Kawasaki Racing Team (Axel Bassani) who rides a KAWASAKI bike with a record time of 1’42.025 minutes. Closing the ranking of riders in the top ten fastest is Alex Lowes (Kawasaki Racing Team) with a time of 1’42.049 minutes, or a gap of +1.142 seconds.
